You will find we are not like other restaurants in many ways. Here are a few of our trademarks that we have been doing for over 50 years.

First, you write your own ticket. This started way back when trains were the most popular mode of travel, and in the dining cars the people wrote their own tickets. So we didn't invent it, we just copied them.

Most of our regulars like it. You can take your time ordering without someone hovering over you. If you do not wish to do this however, your server will be glad to take your order.
